Healthy Bubble Bath Instruction
Cleanse your body with bathing water before entering the bath in order to adapt with the water temperature.
Then, reinforce peripheral blood circulation by bathing your feet.
If you feel any discomfort such as speeding heartbeat, dizziness, etc. please discontinue the process.
During bubble bathing, several position shall be used as instructed by your therapist.
Take several deep breaths during bathing in order to relax fully.
After bathing, regulate your breath before coming out from the bath.
Drink 1 -2 cups of water and silently experience the light - hearted relaxation.
